Plans bill monthly on the signup date via card or ACH.

Minimum terms: Basic 6 months, Standard 6 months, Premium 3 months.

Early cancellation fee: 50% of the remaining months in the commitment term.

After the minimum term, plans continue month-to-month; cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.

Failed payments: up to 3 automatic retries; service may pause until payment is resolved.
