– Maintain access to accounts (e.g., Google Business Profile, website hosting).
– Understand that SEO results may vary due to factors outside our control.

3. Payments
– All fees are due according to the schedule in your agreement.
– Late or missed payments may result in paused or terminated services.
– Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Term & Termination
– Basic ($599) and Standard ($899) plans require a 6-month minimum.
– Premium ($1,499) plan requires a 3-month minimum.
– Commitment term = minimum billing cycles. Early cancellation is billed at 50% of the remaining months.
– Either party may terminate services at the end of a term with written notice.

5. Limitation of Liability
FluxSeo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Changes to Terms
FluxSeo may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Effective Date.”

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 28 August 2025

1. Minimum Commitments
– Basic ($599) and Standard ($899) = 6 months minimum.
– Premium ($1,499) = 3 months minimum.

2. Refunds
– All fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
– Refunds only if duplicate payment is made in error.

3. Cancellation
– Commitment term = minimum billing cycles. Early cancellation billed at 50% of remaining months.
– After minimum term, cancel with 30 days’ written notice to fluxseo@localseoflux.com.

4. Service Pauses
– Clients may pause up to 1 month per year, with approval.
– Pausing does not waive or extend the agreement.
